Tiffany Starr McKever, Founder and CEO of Consensus Healthcare Consultants Inc, experienced first-hand the devastating affects healthcare disparities were having on her family, as well as the surrounding communities. Recognizing increasing complexity in the US healthcare system, rising minority maternal mortality rates, a burgeoning opioid epidemic, and significant hospital recidivism rates for the poor and underrepresented, she understood the disruption occurring within families. Having earned her Global MBA at Fairleigh Dickinson’s Silberman College of Business in 2011, she also understood the level of inefficiency, waste, and potential for cost savings in the healthcare system. Seeking to continue this learning while also ‘being the change she wanted to see in the world’, Tiffany enrolled in the highly competitive and globally recognized Rutgers Business School- Healthcare Analytics and Intelligence graduate program. It was here that she would learn more about healthcare’s ‘Iron Triangle’ and Integrated Delivery Networks, and the critical gaps / cruxes in our healthcare delivery system. It was here that she would also further develop the business model that would later serve as the foundation for shaping CHC. Throughout her healthcare career, she has gained extensive expertise in healthcare tech strategy and operations. Working for large to midsize pharmaceutical, insurance companies, and healthcare delivery organizations, Tiffany’s experience over 25 years has spanned the entire healthcare life cycle from manufacturing, clinical, and commercial operations to healthcare service delivery management. This experience has leveraged business development activities with program management, compliance and tech development at its core. With a goal to positively impact healthcare in the United States, Tiffany's end to end global experience from compound to patient outcomes mixed with strategic business development, negotiations, and financial acumen supports service partners and vendors from VISION to EXECUTION.
